The Care Provider Alliance
The Care Provider Alliance (CPA) brings together the 11 main national associations which represent independent and voluntary adult social care providers in England. We work to represent the sector and ensure a coordinated response to the major issues that affect it.
The CPA is calling on adult social care providers to share their experience of and views about engagement with Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs).
A short survey has been designed to find out how much engagement there has been so far, and to enable the views of adult social care providers to inform policy development in this critical area. The CPA is encouraging all providers to take part by 17.30 on Friday 1 June.
New Project - Improving Equality in Social Care
Skills for Care and the CPA have launched a project to explore the scale of the challenges for employers when drawing on the talent of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) staff. The work will explore good practice in the sector and will seek to put in place practical proposals to overcome the obstacles.
