With the Government launching the consultation about fair pay agreements in adult social care, much of our work over the past few weeks has focussed on this, and the Employment Rights Bill.

As an alliance of the ten main national associations representing independent and voluntary adult social care providers in England, we are at the heart of conversations with the Government on the impact and challenges of these changes, advocating for the right outcomes for people who use services, the staff supporting them and for providers.
