A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a common interest and come together to learn from each other, share knowledge, and improve their skills through regular interaction. We host topic based communities of practice, to support information sharing, sector engagement and peer support and learning. Current CoPs are listed below

Fair Pay Agreement Community of Practice

Following this, there will be a public consultation launched on the Fair Pay Agreement process, which will be an opportunity for the public and the care sector to engage with the government’s proposals.
