In this webinar, we were joined by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to share an overview of the Fair Pay Agreement (FPA) for adult social care and the FPA Consultation.

Colleagues at DHSC discussed the Fair Pay Agreement, why it is being introduced and what this means for the sector.
