Whether it is flu, covid, or other infectious diseases, vaccinations are an important part of keeping people well and relieving pressures on both the care sector and the NHS.
As part of our Vaccinations workstream, we are supporting the government to promote vaccine programme rollouts to the care sector, and wider community.
On Monday 21 July, UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), NHS England and Department of Health & Social Care’s held a tripartite webinar on communicating vaccines.
You can now access an accessible version of the recording with subtitles on YouTube and the slides can be downloaded via GoogleDrive.
A series of resources were discussed or shared during the webinar, which are included below:
- The Campaign Resource Centre hosts our tripartite vaccine campaign materials, including toolkits and assets. This page will be updated when new childhood immunisations and winter/flu materials are ready.
- All other UKHSA communications toolkits are hosted here. We have toolkits on topics such as adverse weather, measles, Mpox, tick awareness, travel health, UTIs and more. Get in touch if you are unable to access and we can send across a hard copy of your preferred toolkit.
- Health Publications – you can download and order publications created by DHSC, NHSE and UKHSA. Publications on the website are available in a variety of languages, as well as easy read and braille. Some video and audio options are also available.
- The HPV catch up campaign materials can be found on the Campaign Resource Centre. There are publications available to download and order in a variety of languages which can aid in explaining and reassuring parents on the HPV vaccine. There is also an easy read version available.
