Question Amendments
Seasonal Flu Vaccination – New
A question will be introduced to capture Flu Vaccination data for Autumn/Winter 2025/26 for:
- Care Homes
- Residents
- Staff
- Agency/bank staff
- Home Care providers
- Staff
COVID Spring Booster – Removal
The COVID Spring booster question for care home residents will be removed.
These Flu and COVID vaccination changes will be seen in:
- Provider Update pages
- Bulk Templates
- Vaccination Report
- API data feed
Please Note: Aggregate Vaccination Reports will be made available in the Capacity Tracker Resource Centre, following the removal of the COVID Spring Booster data, in the coming weeks.
Recommendation: Heath and Social Care teams should take a Vaccination report download prior to 1st September 2025.
Provider Feedback
DHSC are currently gathering feedback for Care Home and Home Care providers covering two themes. This information is being collected in Capacity Tracker:
- ‘Contract Handbacks – August 2025’: This is a monthly set of questions that will be available until 31st August 2025 and succeeded by a further collection on the 1st of September.
